Colonial Revival, ca. 1940’s. This 2-story, 7-bay, 6-course American-bond brick apartment building has a Neoclassical entryway, arch-topped windows with wooden “fan” infills, and brick sills on the first story. Check out the splayed brick lintels on the second story and belt course between the first and second stories. There is a rinceau pressed metal frieze and soldier course water table. Lets put this building back on the tax roles!
