Queen Anne Style- built in 1895 as part of the row houses between 1302 and 1310 Floyd Ave. Alternate use of (grey and) brown granite fronts on the first floor level form a nice contrast with the red brick above. The third story balconies are composted or intricate brickwork.  Owned by Charles and Philip MODJESKI since 1974. Two state tax credit applications have been made by the owners over the 5 years, the most recent in January of 2010. Both were either disqualified or cancelled.  The property is assessed at $305,000
