Historic Richmond is partnerting with Ark Construction & Development, on the revitalization project at 617 St. Peter Street in Jackson Ward. The rehabilitation of this c.1900 house, located just around the corner from the Meredith House, will have a positive impact for the streetscape and the Leigh Street Armory, the future home of the Black History Museum & Cultural Center.
