Located in the Ginter Park Historic District, this Tudor Revival home in Northside has just been restored with the help of tradesmen at Linkous Painting and Virginia Masonry Restoration. Restoration work included repairing and replicating damaged timber beams, detailed plaster work, window and door restoration, and brick work. We are excited to end our 2023 Quoit Club season at the home of new-to-Richmond owners who add to our City’s creative class and value preservation. There will also be a live musical performance!

While Tudors are not the predominant style in Ginter Park, this brick residence at 3406 Moss Side Avenue is an elaborate example incorporating many classic elements including a prominent chimney with chimney pots, slate roof, complex masonry patterns, stucco, faux half-timbering, and narrow windows filled with a diamond-patterned grid.
