Quoit Club: Kids First RVA Collaborative

This adaptive reuse project converted a former 14,750 SF Manchester warehouse into a warm, inviting office space housing four nonprofit organizations centered on children’s education and growth – Communities in Schools of Richmond, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond, First Tee – Greater Richmond, and Higher Achievement.

Each organization has its own ‘neighborhood’ while sharing centralized amenity spaces, which welcome collaboration and community.
